Angel

 

Martina lived on Earth in South America, years ago. She died there. She still remembers what happened, but doesn't talk about it. Ever.

Her stack was recovered during a rescue mission and spun up in a cheap Case sponsored by a Hypercorp. She worked for the 'corp for years but her debt kept growing, now matter how hard or how long she worked.

She saw an opportunity for escape during a hit by a group she later learned worked for Firewall. They helped get her away and start a new life out Rimward where she took the alias Angel.

Angel swears off biomorphs, due to the unresolved trauma of being killed in her birth body. Her brother was killed with her and, she hopes, recovered during the same rescue mission that brought her up from Earth. She looks for him every chance she gets.

Angel's muse, Truffle, is her longest and most trusted companion. His name comes from a teddy bear she had as a child and his form is modeled after that same toy. However, in the last few years, she's modified his appearance to be a little more fierce, adding claws and sharp teeth to his digi-plush exterior.
